The Dynamics of Renewing the Mind
First Words
When someone starts talking about the mind, to many evangelical Christians the speaker has strayed into the field of psychology, for many feel that the subject has little to do with the Christian life. However, such people would do well to read their Bibles once again, for the Word of God has much to say about the mind of the believer.
This present work does not exhaust the subject, but hopefully it opens
up to the believer the great possibilities of an active, controlled mind,
resting confidently and expectantly upon the integrity of God's Word.
There have been perhaps a hundred or more teachers of the Word of God who have
enlightened my understanding, but anyone writing in the field of the renewing
of the mind owes a tremendous debt of gratitude to Dr. E.W. Kenyon, whose books have blessed many believers with the truth that the mind does matter. His insights into this area of Christian living are still fresh today, and I thank the Father for Dr. Kenyon and his faithfulness to the Word.
I trust that you will be inspired and motivated as you read this book, and will go on to a life of greater victory and power for the glory of God.
